We dont just use a knock box, We use both methods. Have done for a very long time. You cant be to careful.

you cant compare what you may have had, to mnay variables. just to list a couple, was it auto? manual? stall converter, stock? read in Fly ywheel or rear wheel?

1100nm is huge for such a large turbo on a not-so-high revving engine. Torque is a derivative of power over rpm let us not forget...

You can't tell the flywheel HP unless you get the engine hooked up to an engine dyno

your right but a knock box isnt 100%accurate and a human ear that knows what to listen for is better the only reason for a knock box is so noone has to put there ear up to a screaming motor
