@loh1110 These fish do not kill "quick" I find it best to bleed them by cutting the throat and you can also smack them out cold with a club. even then and after fileted they still flop sometimes even 20 minutes plus after the throat is cut and they are fileted. a very rezilient fish............ no ice needed they survive in fours face down in half a 5 gallon bucket of water changed every hour or 2!
