@robertsmith7713 Nope... low weight, lots of reps. You can put whatever weight you want on the bar, but if you put your normal lifting weight, you'll never make it through the class unless you're used to doing massive amounts of reps.
@BadGirlOfAutism unfrotunatly i have the same problem! and i have difficulty learning or remembering things... but i noticed the more i go to curses like that the more i can do it! I often look dumb cause i am getting lost in the middle!!! Pump is pretty easy! Because you repeat the same and you dont really combine! Step or Tae BO or Kick Power etc...is more difficult! But having this problem... i would go more often and i get better! Dont worry about what people think! :-*
Poor execution. Techniques zero. Bend your knees to 20 degree during dead lift and dead row and stop just above your knees. Keep the bar in front of you at the top during the overhead press, i.e. from chin to chin. Watch your knees in every move.

She's the best PT I ever had. She is a very serious and committed personal trainer (and i've had many!). The only one who was genuinely concerned with her clients' goals. She made me reach my target weight, get in great shape, I never felt any better.
Sadly I left Manchester, and therefore had to stop taking sessions with her.
If you ever did pump you would know that this is the warm up. After the warm up the weight selection doesnt matter as long as its a challenge and progressive over time
