At the end of the cast roll, the message says that the staff roll isn't done yet (and that he's waiting for bug reports). Also, there's an unused song that's probably going to be used for it.

I really doubt difficulties affect anything, as the intro says Hard might be impossible. (Which I don't doubt at all.)
