I recognize the cartoon that followed Ernie! It was about a boy who didn't want to wear his seat belt, & his dad had him "think...think about a window washer (who leans back, but his {HARNESS} saves him [EH! Same idea!]). Think...think about an airline pilot." (Who is flying in an open-topped airplane, then flies upside down, & he becomes free of the safety of the airplane, but his seat belt brings him back in his plane. At this point his son has had enough,JUST then Dad has to stop the car FAST
