  • The monster is a prehistoric thing that is a combination of an amphibian, a mammal, and a reptile. It has 4 lungs, triple jointed arms, breathes in carbon dioxide AND oxygen, and breaths out nitrogen (at the end scene where he kills Hud, you can see nitrogen being produced from his brain lungs).
