  • Great exercises! I am not pregnant, but I needed some relaxing exercises, and these seemed to help my lower back. Thanks very much! Where is that location? It's gorgeous!

  • @sugarlemonpie Sapphire Beach, St. Thomas

    Enjoy

  • My lower backkind of hurts when doing the first part with the arms. Is that normal? :-S

  • @Snoo1809 If you haven't stretched like this before, it may take a few times to loosen you up. These stretches are designed & created through research & education with our personal trainers, fitness instructors, exercise physiologists & chiropractors to be safe & effective for most people. Some people may have physical limitations that prevent them from performing some of the things we teach...if that's the case for you, please check with your chiropractor for alternative stretches.

  • I feel loose!!!!!!

  • shhhhhit relaxing my ass .....it hurt as hell lol

  • @JESSExERA Thanks for the laugh! Glad you "liked" it! LOL

  • That looks like a pretty great place for a workout!

  • @92benno92 It sure is! That's where I do my best thinking and take time with my husband to plan our future.

  • @doctorcathy

    Plan future ;)

    I get it.

  • I'm not pregnant but i did the stretch anyways because i'm sore from my workout lol.

  • @PARCE93 Thanks - I love this stretch - feels great pregnant or not!

  • Not trying to be rude, but are you really a doctor!

  • @lonegymnast That's okay. Yes, I am and I'm in private practice in the States.

  • I love love love this workout! Super easy and feels great! I am definatly going to be tuning in everyday and doing this workout! Thanks Dr. Cathy!

  • @zenviainternet You are welcome - and thank you! Join us on facebook at "Educated Pregnancy" for more tips and links to great info. Please tell your friends about my videos - all of these videos are effective for new moms trying to get their bodies back in shape as well as for pregnant women.

  • how often should i do these stretches???

  • @RSkazuya During your pregnancy you will want to stretch every day to help your body feel comfortable as you undergo changes. This is a good routine to use at least 2-3 times per week, especially if you plan to have a natural birth. I'll make another stretch video for you.

  • Thank you for posting these videos! I'm 25 weeks pregnant and started 2 weeks ago to make your prenatal exercices daily. Its just perfect for me, when I have a free 1/2h I can do the warm-up, 2 different exercices and a yoga or a stretch. Perfect for low budget mother to be!

  • @Adaraqc That's exactly why I posted them - you shouldn't be denied a safe and effective exercise program simply because you cannot find the time or money to get to a gym. Glad I could help - keep up the good work. These are the most important 40 weeks of your baby's life!

  • Is this video safe for pregnancy? I wanna do this after im done with your prenatal workouts (i'm 24 weeks).

  • @xrebelkittenx Yes, absolutely. It's a great ending to any workout.

  • I love your videos Dr Cathy, but this one is really hard to hear. There is a part that I totally miss so I am just hanging down doing nothing but then I looked up and saw that you had moved.

Can you post more cardio workouts?

  • Thank you for watching - I knew it would be hard to hear with the sound of the waves - but I didn't want to talk too much in this one video to keep it relaxing. Check out my new cardio video, and I'll try to edit down some of my others for youtube...there's a 10 minute maximum and most of my cardio videos are 30 - 60 minutes long.

  • where are you? sooooooooo relaxing
