Uploading Brushes & Styles on Photoshop CS4

Where do you get this brush in your banner vid?

I think its called 013 or 012 please tell where to get it at I really want them.

can someone help me? every time i restart my computer or turn it off, all my brushes delete themselves so im left with the basic brushes, and even when i save the brushes in the preset manager, and try to load it up again it wont work.

Hmmm i dont understand where are you download the styles when i try upload the styles saying the file is incorrect and when i edit the file to .ASL is saying the file is crashed help me plz.
