you should try it a couple of times, if it still doesn't waork. open your NCsoft Launcher. go to; file -> settings -> advanced then put the region to north america. it helps in allot cases and if you're already on north america try putting it on europe.

92jacko it's not 5x and 25 they were thinking of those rates but if their server is fully stable they are going ingame and pick the right rate so it also could be 1x like the retail version
