The astronomy images tie in beautifully, as the great distances of space = major *time* in conventional view of time...but you also hint at the idea that time isn't some objective mile-marker by the road that we all pass at the same rate. Dang, physics is beautiful, scary, bizarre, elegant, etc., all at once.

As a kid, I used to hear this play in the old Jupiter dimestore. That store is long gone, but memories of that vintage era of the dimestore and eating at a lunch counter live on in my heart. I miss the smell of that place, ceiling fans going, people shopping, and old creaky wood floors as I walked. That place had been a former SS Kresge from the 1920s. I searched for this song to bring back memories, so its nice you set it to a space slideshow that shows "Jupiter"---the name of the store. Wow!

Parson's music has always been at the top of any list I might make because of its ability to make one think as opposed to simply moving around as with most of the music out these days. I've always been attracted to progressive rock because of its ability to awaken the mind to other possibilities. APP is certainly one of these bands.

your story brought tears to my eyes as I read it. I can relate. It's been 13 years for me and the pain never goes away. In my case it was an ex-wife. We were both too young to appreciate each other then. We recently re-connected as friends and were able to sort through the bad feelings of the past but the pain never fades.
