@cubgrumpz I probably could do it...it seems slightly simular to the tire weight training some football players use. I think this type of weighted training may be ok. I see you're also training in the grass too. Although there are many who say that weighted training particualarly ankle weights etc are bad in the long run. I think this may be safer.
Ive been doing horse stances/ Iron chair and other stances for about half my life(when working out) and I still use it as a part of my workouts. However I never done it that way...hmm. So by moving it no longer becomes solely an isometric exercise.
@NeoMasamune2 yes very useful done this way, walking the horse is a good dynamic leg and core work out. The sleigh with weights adds to the whole challenge plus the iron rings. Not for beginners this one or can be very disheartening a practise.
I've seen this a while back but after seeing this again i have a better understanding on what this exercise is and how it feels. I say fantastic job and I just envy you lol. That exercise alone screams years of training.
thank you and its been hard. Got to learn to eat bitter as they say. But the benefits are tremendous and you learn to keep at it even the tedious seemingly pointless stuff.
