I doubt that very very much, gups car has something like 1300RWHP if I remeber correctly and at least 30 times the torque than the skyline could possibly have. There is no replacement for displacement, no matter how big a turbo you can strap to a 2.6 litre engine you can put bigger on 6+ litres
