then go to darian.

then persuade and bribe him.

and then peralize him and there you go.

theres another way to do it, get your money up fairly high and go to his house persuade him then turn the difficulty up then hit him then surrender persuade him again and bribe and keep doing this over and over till u give him enough money then kill him and then if u havnt patched u should be able to do the glitch

if you do it on a 360 be careful not to press "Take All", I did it by accident then the game froze, when I restarted it gave me 1 red light and an E71 (no sure about the error number though but yeah, just be careful...)

lol i bought the dehabilitaate spell but i dint have enough magica 102 i needed 110 so i just shot him with my bow used with potion of paralisis so yeh XD ppl with low magica use this tactic.... PS: your gonna run like hell after you finish robbing him cause the gaurds will be coming ^^
