I just don't get what makes them any better than STP. Scott is overall a better singer than Axl overall, IMO. Slash and Dean are about the same level (Slash has more speed, Dean has better technique). Eric Kretz would kick Matt's ass. Duff is a decent bassist and all, but he sucks by comparison to Robert Deleo.

Do you know anything about music... I mean really, whatsoever. STP's drummer, seems to have a rough time using anything outside his snare, Slash's rythyms and leads are far more in depth, and Axl's vocals are so complicated hes been labeled in the top 100 singers of all time, not just rock, all genres by several polls including and article in the Rolling Stones magazine. Scott, never got this honor. I love STP, but GN'R always was, and always will be far more musically advanced than STP.

Now this is rock n' fuckin roll! I really love the direction on Libertad, the energy is great. Its not quite balls to the wall or in your face as Contraband, but its more gritty, sexy, and catchy, similar to bands like Buckcherry and Aerosmith. It just has that rock n' roll swagger to it and really sounds different from their past GN'R and STP era. Oh, and Just Sixteen is probably my new fav VR song! Rock On!
