The ebay retailer sent me another new saddle with the same problem, I ended up with a refund with that deal. WTB sold me a new saddle at cost. I made this video in an effort to describe the issue to WTB so actually I think I will remove it, since the utility of it is no longer needed. Happy Trails.
WTB quality control leaves a bit to be desired. I purchased a Rocket V SLT that was missing the staples on one side. As a result the edge of the leather started to peel off. Thankfully the company sent a replacement, which I received before I even had a chance to send the defective one back! Haven't had any problems with the new one. What was the outcome of your deal?
