BGAN isn't a new group. They been scamming the public for donations on YouTube for years. Burmese Global Action Network-BGAN is "For Profit .COM", not a Non-profit operation to begin with.
They are not 501c3 group, therefore donations are not tax-deductible. But they don't say that to the public.
