Im getting the dyx 140 or xlr 140 which one do you recommend ive just finished riding a 70cc honda and ive ride'd my friends dyx 160 very powerfull but i can handle it easy i want a taller bike that will handle sloshy mud since i got into woods and farmers fields.
These bikes are quick as fook and very powerful, the build quality is really good and I am well impressed with my xlr 160, I have owned yz's and this bike still impresses me, they don't aspire to be a Yam or a Honda but as far as pit bikes go they're the shit. The forks on mine are adjustable and it runs really well, aftermarket parts like marzocchi forks and pro taper bars also available. I just posted a couple of videos as I went out on it for the first time before. Love it.
hi im wanting to buy one of these for my son but im wanting to buy from a shop rather than off the net without seeing it first. im willing to travel im in yorkshire
I'm sayin there very fast they have lots off power and yesterday I left a 120cc in second that's how gd they are, I've only had mine for about month and a half and I love them.
I bought the 160cc model from cokermoto and took it up the track for some racing and the second time i went to start it up the engine blew up and the kick starter was fucked. All i heard when i tried kicking it was a grinding and snapping noise. I am currently getting a replacement, but my overall opinion of the bike is its nice to ride, intense power and very sturdy, it handles 60ft table tops nicely and ski jumps are no problem. I suppose i picked the short straw with my bike lol
these are quite a bit different to the dyx 140. the xlr uses a crf70 frame and geometry is alot bigger giving more stablity on larger tracks. the dyx bikes are still very good just better for the tighter track
they come mostly built all you have to do is assemble handle bars, front wheel and rear shock. then like all chinese mini bikes check evey bolt..And in all fairness everything was tight.
i have the 140cc one and i love it nice bike
