He is a great drummer, and its a shame people know joey jordison and think hes the best and have never heard of dave mcclain. Agreed he is a great drummer, and one of the best metal drummers. But not one of the best ever. But still very good.

Dave McClain is (nearly) my god... no doubt the guy is ONE of the best (my number 2) but Danny Carey(tool) is by far theee best drummer in the world!! I agree with xploder134, playing in a band with such a legend as Robb Flynn has the downfall of being"overlooked" (apart from when he towers over that kit like a little play toy) haha MACHINE FUCKIN HEAD!!! \m/

He is an awesome drummer, I think that goes without saying. Problem is, he's in a band which has the undeniable legend of Robb Flynn, so he's almost overlooked because of it.
