@jjmxbox360 no, down the line you might prefer to use a matchball when doing combos and other stuff but juggling as long as the ball is round you're good lol

is it normal that one day you can easily do over 100 without trying every time but you don't juggle/freestyle or play soccer at all for a whole week and when you try to juggle again you can't go over 25 and your feet feel like they have downs syndrome?
i can do tatw, matw, skora and other, but truely i cannot juggle the ball easily i alway juggle with one foot only and it's tiring! some people may think that this tutorial is bored(how to juggle a ball) but it have certain effect whole doing combo!

Hey, How to spin the ball slightly? Because I can't juggle without crazy backspin and after couple of kick ups i completely lose my control. And yeah, the backspin is way to big when I juggle, so any tips how to make it better? Thanks!
@learn2freestyle i can juggle like how you said in the video, and i also like to juggle the way you said not to do at 2:02 I find it very effective for soccer used it to score goals and fake keepers by using outside to flick ball to my other outside should i continue? I got complete controll over it and already faster how to do it the normal way.

@ElliiiotFIFA not really, freestyle will improve your fitness over time because it is a cardiovascular excercise, especially when practicing lowers. So in answer to your question, your fitness will improve without you noticing it if you practice enough
