Where does that "Username hint" come from? I don't see that in the interface when I try to RDP with SmartCard. I also can't do it if my Machine is in one domain, and the server is in another. Have you seen this issue?

@jrobertfisher: The Username hint can be activated in the machine policy. It is required if you are planning to use one smart card to log on to several different accounts.
