  • Terrific! Love that raw sax, sounding alive. Makes me want to go clubbing again.

  • Wow! great cut! But who are the jackasses talking in the background!

  • Coltrane and Pharoah Sanders were very spiritual with their music. I've been around Pharoah several times and can tell you he takes a very spiritual approach to playing. I must say that this was a very good rendition. You didn't just play it but you felt it!

  • This is good shit man, you guys really capture the spirit of the mighty pharoah :)

  • This saxpiece is the best ever!

  • really good job. have loved this song for 30 years. glad to know that someone else does also. good for you!!!

  • Wow! Impressive. I don't know who the heck The Davenports are but that was VERY well done. Good job!!

  • AWESOME!!!! Just like the original, but I was hoping to hear Pharoah's ghostly vibrato moans in this song. LOL.... MWoooooooo--ooooo!

  • Yeah, I thought about it but in the end I decided it was best NOT to try it in public :)

  • Yeah...keep the music alive!!!

  • peace!

  • yeeeaaahh! wonderful version!

  • wow!!!!!

  • E' stato la colonna sonora perfetta della mia meravigliosa giovinezza

  • Great to hear Pharoah Saunders played by this fine artists !!!!

  • I would love to hear rejoice or creator has a masterplan.

  • We were thinking of doing Creator for a while but it never really came together. I wish it would have.

  • pharoah sanders, thembi, oh my! one of my all time favourite tracks from the eponymous album.

  • Pharoah.Lonnie.Leon.magic is real,n'est ce pas?

  • This song was co-written by Lonnie Liston Smith who started out with Sanders prior to forming his Cosmic Echoes. The piano solo is always beautiful. Also, I can't forget the late Leon Thomas.

  • If you are a member of this band you would make my day if you had some live video of you playing any song of the "Journey to the one" album which is one of my morning, afternoon and night favorite !!! take care

  • Pharoah sanders is one the most inspiring jazz artist....nice to see people playing his music

  • Absolutely!!! I wish there were more people playing his stuff. I'm surprised there's not more on here.

  • agreed
