  • ..and when you're drafted into the army, be sure to pick someone who can do the same for you.

  • Crazy awesome! Give it a try with the camera a little closer...

  • @6733hbr1 Ok its raining here right now real bad but I am going to be making a surprise video that demonstrates much higher strength soon. Give more details on exactly what you would like to see and I will do my best to make it. Also please share us with any friends you have who would be interested ! thanks for watching

  • @2brothersofstrength When you guys do the overhead press the lifter needs to hold the right leg and put his hand on the left side of the chest so you're balanced on the diagonal. The lifter should see how long he can hold the liftee overhead. Walk around too. You should both take turns lifting if possible. Keep up the great work! Be cool.

  • @6733hbr1 ok, sure thing. We will do that. Stay tuned and thanks for the interest. New ones will be coming very soon.

  • I agree with 68733: The liftee's body should be face down at the full press, not facing forward. The lifters left hand needs to be flat on the liftee's pec in order to achieve this. You obviously have the strength to do it. Give it a try.

  • @JayeAreJones alright I see what you mean, thanks for the tips I will give it a shot very soon I know I we can do it.

  • @2brothersofstrength I think if the hand is more centered on the chest and the liftee is facing straight down, you will see a little more height with more space between the lifters head and the liftee's body.
