@2brothersofstrength When you guys do the overhead press the lifter needs to hold the right leg and put his hand on the left side of the chest so you're balanced on the diagonal. The lifter should see how long he can hold the liftee overhead. Walk around too. You should both take turns lifting if possible. Keep up the great work! Be cool.
I agree with 68733: The liftee's body should be face down at the full press, not facing forward. The lifters left hand needs to be flat on the liftee's pec in order to achieve this. You obviously have the strength to do it. Give it a try.
@2brothersofstrength I think if the hand is more centered on the chest and the liftee is facing straight down, you will see a little more height with more space between the lifters head and the liftee's body.
..and when you're drafted into the army, be sure to pick someone who can do the same for you.
