GTA 4 Mods Traffic Control by SKORPRO (NEW: 1.0.7.0 Update!)

As I see, it doesn't work with 1.0.7.0. (not for me). In readme says it should give me error and start a new game but it doesn't. It just exits the game completely like I never run it.

This mod was tested with v1.0.0.4 but it should work with v1.0.4.0 too :)

Is there a mod, where the drivers dont get fucking crazy, when you stand in front of them, and dont move? it sucks so bad when you are standing on a traffic light, and the guy behind you is going totaly berserk, and is ramming you and stuff.

Maybe you use another mod that uses the same key?!

Open this LUA file (with Notepad) and search this line:

if (IsKeyPressed(118) == 1) then

then change the number "118" to another key code (find the key code in "Key List!.txt")!

why doesnt work this crap? Stupid skripthook, shutdowns and than my game crashes! I've got v 1.0.7. by using skripthook 0.5.1. and I have this problem since last week and I don't want to see the same cars on the streets!! PLEASE TELL ME SOMEBODY, HOW CAN I FIX IT!!!!!!!

This is an old LUA modification that requires the ALICE patch and ScriptHook 0.4!!! Not all mods will be compatible with it!

This could be the reason for your problem(s) but an update (.ASI) is coming soon (for ScriptHook 0.5.1!)...

@Skorpro I can't understand this: In the ReadMe file they're saying, that people who use the v.1.0.7. must have the scripthook v. 0.5.1. And those who use lower or 1.0.4 or 1.4.0 they must use version 0.4. What is this for a confusing tool????

Answer is easy:

You're right... GTA IV v1.0.7.0 => ScriptHook 0.5.1... BUT there is NO Alice for v1.0.7.0!!!!

So you have to "downgrade" your GTA to v1.0.0.4. ... and that is exactly what my patch does!

And: GTA v1.0.0.4 or v1.0.4.0 => ScriptHook 0.4!!!!

In this case you can't combinate ASI mods (for SH 0.5.1) with this patch :(

Be patient an update for version 1.0.7.0 coming soon!

@Skorpro one other question dude: Can EPM cars let the game crash if you don't have the EPM mod, and the vehicle file is only with EPM, so it doesn't includes "without EPM"? Now I got a crash at EFLC, I guess it could be the Audi R8 Spyder, if you downloaded it, so you probably know better what I mean.

Open the "TrafficControl.lua" and search this line:

PRINT_STRING_WITH_LITERAL_STRI­NG_NOW("STRING","Full Traffic",5000,1)

Than change the three MULTIPLIER(5.25) to MULTIPLIER(9.25)!!!!

Example: SET_CAR_DENSITY_MULTIPLIER(9.2­5) SET_PED_DENSITY_MULTIPLIER(9.2­5) SET_RANDOM_CAR_DENSITY_MULTIPL­IER(9.25)

Every time you change to "Full Traffic" you get more cars & peds ;)

Hi,

Try this (NOT TESTED!):

1. Download my "Small Alice Patch" (link above) -> all my mods are included!

2. Unzip it, BUT DON'T start "!Alice Install & Uninstall.bat"!

3. Open "!Skorpro" folder and copy all files & the ALICE folder (EXCEPT xlive.dll & GTAIV-1.0.0.4.exe!) into your game folder!

4. Start GTA!

5. Now you can use my Traffic Control Mod (press F7)

You can change the key in "SKORPRO TrafficControl v1.1.lua" (ALICE folder). Use "!KeyList!.txt" for key codes!

You can change (in addition to the GTA menu) the traffic density! It's also possible to switch off the traffic... Just test it ;)

Yes, because Alice 0.9 run with the GTA version 1.0.0.4 only!! Currently there is no update for Alice... This is the reason for the error! Sorry dude, I'm waiting for an update too :(

Awesome mod!!! I've been waiting for this mod. I always thought the amount of traffic in GTA was unrealistic especially for New York. Love the full traffic option. Now just to get GTA4 for PC..
