  • this song was in a movie with harvey keitel & Robert de Niro..."Mean Streets". thats how i first

heard this. Thank God for whoever chose the music for that movie otherwise i wouldn't have heard this treasure of a song!

  • I remember always being afraid that I would hear something great and never hear it again. this song was one of those, once upon a time away from home in a dorm room it came on my new radio(a Kansas city station) and I got so excited and ran to turn it up and pushed my radio out of the third story window.....Oh no!!! Easier to find things these days. thanks!!

  • it reminds me of a girlfriend i had in los angeles, i used to play it over & over. great song thank you. for post.

  • This was a popular juke box standard for many years after its release and deservedly so. A beautiful number for slow dancing under low lights (or NO lights). These guys were among the best groups of that time. Slow romantic A-sides and lively uptempo B-sides, all equally great on their singles.

  • Bell Vocats circa 1959 DC's all boy's school house on Hyatt Place. 14th & Park Roaders lived off of this song! Where are you?
