not sure if this tip will help you but it really helped me. use your fingers! most of the time when i feel like i'm about to fall i fall forward but if you push with your fingers when you feel like falling forward it really helps to keep your balance

@BreakerzCrew work on your planches for this stability strength using your arms. you've also got to know how to use your legs to balance too. legs use less strength to balance out, but it's harder to attain that skill

And by that I mean really goin 4-5h train periods/day, the thing is, som people don't get it simply that this guy got so much, doesn't matter if he is legend or anything the point is that like Bruce Lee he have not only got fysik strong body but also mentaly he is totally someone to see up to, just read his articles you will understand, in bboyin just wins by competing and battling is good but remember, mentally It's gettin us all who trains hard
