Sorry Colette, I generally think that your room is messy is not because you don't have a laundry room. The country I live in, a laundry room does not exist. When I first watched Shaytards and seeing laundry room it was so fascinating. I think it is because everyone relies on you to tidy and fold their clothes. I think all the kids and SHAY should participate.

Shay, i am a hairdresser, and whenever i have a male client complaining about thinning hair the first question i ask them is if they wear hats on a daily basis. Your hair is getting thinner b/c when you are wearing a hat it is cutting off the circulation of air to your scalp and with that oxygen your hair won't grow. maybe take a break from the hats for a while?

I learnt about Goal Setting in PE this year. What our saying Shay is right. hen you set a goal your motivation is high, as time goes by the motivation drops. if you dont have a target date then your motivation will stay low. if you do then your motivation will rise close to the date. So if you set multiple goals with multiple target dates, your motivation will not drop as much. therefore the long term goal will be easier to reach :)

This podcast was the best!! I was laughing so much when mommytard was talking about doing laundry..I'm in the same boat, mother of three boys and with 5 people to wash for I just fold mine and hubby and put the kids in a grab basket so I don't fold anymore and the cleaning the house.. I'm the same way!! Totally OCD, I end up with more mess then I clean sometimes lol it's so awesome to hear I'm not the only one:)

Just my opinion: Don't talk so much about your calenders and shoes. You spent about 10 minutes talking about them. My favorite podcast was when you talked about your kids dating. There are a lot of adults out there that I think could really benefit from you guys discussing life decisions like raising kids.
