By the looks of it, it's a Garmin GPS unit, not a watch! I think the model is called a Forerunner? Garmin makes a really nice compact unit worn on the wrist for running, walking, biking, and I guess Sailing! They are pretty accurate in distance and speed.

no the crew is working the jib. i control the mainsheet and the rudder.
you have to get out on the wire. that's the best feeling on a cat.
