My favorite romance anime along with my favorite character so far, Erika Sendo. I'm probably gonna re-watch the anime. Just finished the manga, but still waiting for 2 - 3 more volumes to be translated. The ending leaves a lot of questions to be answered and wish they would make a 2nd season, but most likely not.

This anime was actually good, it was hilarious too. The only problem is, the title and the main plot they put didn't fit. It was a good anime, I admit it. But it would be better if they tweeked the story and actions a little bit more action to make it a vampire story. Though, they included some parts of it, yet most episodes were about the student council and events.

@TheLastAngel20 Don't, even though the opening and the way the characters were drawn was very good the story is absolutely boring. It's supposed to be about vampires but throughout the entire series all they talk about is the stupid student council. Honestly, I never thought vampires could be even more boring then twilight.

I gotta admit this anime did get boring at times and lost the whole "Vampire" feeling with that student council thing... Really I forgot they were vampires until the few last episodes when they suddenly brought it up but i do think the drama was built really well when it comes to her fighting her vampire side and all so i'd recommend it but the ending is still a big let down

Edit: My conclussion to all of this is: There's an optimal amount of episodes for every series. It's mostly about 25 episodes atleast for me, while some things should use less or more. A series which is designed for 25 episodes but compressed in 12 episodes wouldn't make any sense, but a 12 episode series stretched to be sent in 25 episodes would be boring as hell.

@windlessbasher That isn't based on a visual novel. They knew that they only got 12 episodes that's why they could make the story around it. Fortune Arterial is an Visual Novel which wasn't designed to be put into 12 episodes. 12 Episodes are a maximum of 6 hours, normally even less, screentime. The Visual Novel has a longer playtime even if you only play one story arc. A good example is Oretachi ni tsubasa wa nai. The Series doesn't really make sense but in the game it is very well explained.

@windlessbasher Don't ask me, i think it had something to do with the economic crisis. Investors didn't want to invest to much. Company had not many jobs. So waiting for another job and perhaps going insolvent or making a series which isn't to their liking. There was also the question if they would even get a second offer.

Or they didn't really care and saw it as an advertise to their visual novel.
