@clsteele My justification for high caliber weapons and assault rifles is the Declaration of Independence. We have the right to overthrow any government that unreasonably infringes on our rights. So I think civilians should be able to own the right tools for the job. That includes fully automatic firearms. To quote Thomas Jefferson. "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

@purplemutantas i will not argue with that however one must bear in mind that when that was written they had no idea of the kind of advancements in weaponry that would be made, there is more than a slight difference between a musket, early rifle or canon and a rotary canon and howitzer, if the people chose to over throw the government in this day and age it is arguable that no violence would be required take the northern African states for instance demonstrations are generally sufficing.

@clsteele If a government can be overthrown without violence, I am all for it. But history shows us that non violent overthrows are the exception rather than the rule. Even though Thomas Jefferson couldn't have envisioned machine guns and 50 caliber rifles, I still think he would support the right of the people to own them. I don't currently own any firearms, but I like the fact that I have the legal right to own them.

Most will like this video because of the music and the "COOL" shooting. That being the case they should have something representative of flesh and life being lost in those junk cars. A couple pigs screaming and bleeding or maybe a stray dog. Get the real effect of what it is to take life and see the carnage afterward. I support gun ownership 100% but when people don't really get what happens during and after a blow out like this it makes me frustrated. I think people need prespective.
