I think that lady was coughing. you should NEVER PERFORM THE HEIMLICH MANEUVER WHEN THE PERSON IS COUGHING. coughing means that the person's airway is not clogged, just let the person cough it out. the heimlich and slapping on the back can make it worse. just fyi for others who didn't know
