I am not sure if the plaster is original - I believe it is but can not promise. The house is currently under contract.

Is the plasterwork original? At first I figured it was originally wallpaper and then textured. But at a closer look the plaster looks unique. I would be interested to know that. Beautiful house.

If this home had actually been RESTORED to period detail all the beautiful woodwork and ceiling beams would not have been PAINTED!!! What a shame. And I agree with the other poster - the pink on the exterior is a modern version, not historically accurate at all.

Beautiful home. Too bad the floors are carpeted. Hardwood & area rugs, better. Deep rose runners on the stairway? A restoration of that magnitude would have been better served in keeping with the period colors. A Victorian doll house with too much icing, unfortunately.
