Cable companies deal with satellite owners since they need satellites too in order to provide their service... this is why it's a bit more expensive than satellite, anyway the low prices of dish companies will keep low until they beat cable... they're trying to monopolize the game!!!

anyone know who the dish network commercial autopay actress is? she has so cute. love her voice, and smile. she has on a red shirt, a light blue undershirt, and tight dark jeans, and she's trying to throw a paper airplane in the trash. wish i knew who she was. she's very hot.

The only thing you'll see on Dish for $19.99/month is religious channels, paid programming channels, shopping channels, commercials & Roseanne's fat ugly stinking trailer park ass. To see anything decent you'll have to spend around $60/month + any good sports, movies are extra.

I have had dish for 2 and a half years and lately we have been losing the signal and we were going to get the dish moved off the roof but the stupid people how mark the utilities and all they did was telephone i'm pissed off because in one week if they have not done it my mom will swich to cable witch sucks! just to get animal planet! I hate that network all they show is reruns and they got my stupid sister started on air bud I hated all 9 air buds! but does cable come with a dvr that works on

I can relate to your troubles, but I wouldn't go with cable. Cable's picture quality is not good and neither are there guides, menus., or equipment. Also cable raises their prices and charges too many taxes on the bill that Dish doesn't charge. All TV providers have the same channels, give or take so it doesn't matter if you have Dish or cable you will see reruns, Dish doesn't decide what programming is shown on what channels. If you are a good customer Dish will take care of you, cable won't.

someone needs to post a very certain "cable pig" commercial in which a cable pig song plays over a montage of the pigs massacre inside a house. That's the one I've been looking for.
