Also, when will you be doing your Italian potluck dinner? I love your simple vegan dishes that taste great and don't have a lot of weired things like tofu, seitan, etc.

@SherLynn40 Thankyou! For the Indian dishes we used Basamic rice which is really good. I made the jasmine rice today for the first time for my husband but he prefers the basamic rice. I personally prefer brown rice. Tune in next week for Italian night:0) Have a great vegan day!
