This all reminds me of the Game Medievil 2 the Level- Freakshow.

Honestly, the water Dissapointed Me.

I think the bright Layer On top( ~ ~ ~) Really threw it off and made it look Cartoonish.

I wouldve watered down the Bright blue and spread it all out in a very very thin Layer.

All the Games turned out great!

When you start painting there's a bunch of blue sheets behind you.

Are these 1 inch thickness? Because I swear my sheets are the exact same but I'm from europe.. =P

I'd go to a factory and ask a welder to save the splater and you will give him 5$ at the end of the week. You will probaby get a pound or two of splater from that guy. I could ship you some if you like for like 5 cents apiece. Send me a mesage if you want some and aren't close to a factory. Good question by the way!!!
