The thing about rolling full speed all the time is you get sloppy, build bad habits, and people can't see what you're doing to critique you. Not being able to tell what's going on is not a good thing, most people won't get as good in the long run they will just get sloppy and guys will get injured. If you're actually good, you won't need to go super fast.
Hahahahahahaha. hilarious. Well if being super slow means your doing awsome i guess you guys are the very best at it. Every fighter we sent out to Naga won a first place metal last week. Maybe being quicker with technique does work. Just saying.
You sound like a white belt. Technique has nothing to do with speed. Technique allows you to impose your will at what ever pace you want and to conserve your energy for multiple matches in tournaments...or to tire out a bigger person who is flapping around fast and crazy.
