  • HD or not, Groose makes it awesome.

  • lol la video est en francais: pourquoi et comment dans dolphin le jeu n'est pas deux fois plus lent avec 30 fps car chez moi n'importe quelle jeu est lent avec 20 fps

  • Why the speed of game is not half with 30 fps? Because with me a game with 20-30 fps is so slow

  • is it realy runing on 30 fps ?

  • Its a zelda game haters. The graphics are perfect.

  • can you tell me why mine looks like this: dropbox.com/u/13852424/SOUP01-1.png

  • @Yoni123 dl.dropbox.com/u/13852424/SOUP01-1.png

  • I was enjoying it until the French. haha jk

  • And yet sadly, it still just looks like an HD gamecube game...

  • Will this spec work?

    Processor :i7 2600 3.4 GHz

    RAM: 8 GB (2x 4B)

    Graphic-Card: Evga GTX 580 Classified (1.5 GB)

    Windows 7 ultimate 64-bits

  • @harukisanma down to a 2500k only the video editing benefiting for ht, and a 560 ti is enough but if you will spend too much in vc the 7970 is better option

  • WoW u guys with your emulators, buy the freakin game!

  • @Dantick09 You need the freakin' game to run this emulator, this is an upscaler not a irating device.

  • @Dantick09

I agree with you that you should buy the game if you want to play it, but some people (me for example) have bought the game but want to play it with better graphics.

And that's why I play it on an emulator

(well not really because I have to upgrade the processor first)

But I bought the game so there is no problem with me using an emulator to play it

  • @TheBnmjhn i dont understand you peopole bitching about the graphics and going through all that trouble when the game looks great with the art style it has. i would like to see how the suposedly improved graphics look like

  • @Dantick09

The thing that makes me want to emulate is the resolution, when you emulate a game you'll see a huge difference because you can make the resolution better.

I personally think that the graphics in Skyward Sword are really good, they seem to fit with the game, but the thing that holds it from being 10/10 for me is the resolution.

And I wont buy a better computer just so that I can emulate games, no I'll because I do allot of editing and it takes ages to render anything.

  • I am really really jealous :[ !

  • Ew its in french

  • Groose's mouth/lips are so f'd up..

  • ma avete i pc della nasa?:O

  • Hey, will my setup work?

Intel 3930K Sandy Bridge-E Hex core processor.

    EVGA Classified Edition GTX 590

    16 GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

Do I need to have SLI GTX 590s? I got this computer because my friend said that games are cool.

  • @RaikiriKyubii toaster power man get a new one

  • can i use ps3 controller with ds3tools with this game or mouse + keyboard?

    please answer

  • heh, could do with a hi res textures mod?

  • Question: can I use mouse and keyboard to play?

  • I suck at emulators, how do you do this.

    Also this is sweet!!!

  • Hey Im running a dual core 3.16 GHZ with a Raedon HD 5670

The graphics are OK on this game but I get weird effects on the walls and trees etc. I also cant get full speed even on x2. Is it something in my settings or do I just need a more powerful computer? Its playable but just wondering. Mario galaxy 2 seems out of the question o.O

  • would a quad core 2.6ghz GTX 260 + run this? on basic settings ?

  • its look so awesome, good job bro ;)

  • As I expected, this game looks gorgeous at 1080p. The impressionist filter looks so much better in full HD. It really looks like a moving painting in this video!

  • Very good video, congratulations!!

  • Yo you think you can make a video how to do the dolphin stuff, im tyna playin it on my PC.

  • how can i get skyward sword to work on dolphin it keeps telling me to connect wii motion plus

  • @elitotaku did you find a way to make it work?

  • @kuroibuta no :(

  • @elitotaku i just did some reading, you need the wii motion plus controller, dolphin cant emulate it yet. Either wait for dolphin to update it, or go buy the controller with a USB wifi connector.

  • looks good on dolphin will it work with an i3 core?

  • just fyi this game doesnt even really use the sensor bar. it uses the motion plus to tell where you are pointing.

  • i want to ask some thing do you use the wii mote or the mouse in dolphin ??

  • Wow this looks absolutely gorgeous. I never thought wii games in 1080p could look this good.

  • @pokeclaudel : Which is why Nintendo needs to upgrade the Wii to 1080p. Wii U is still another full year away. They claim to want to keep supporting the Wii even after the Wii U drops next year. If they release a tweaked version of the Wii capable of 1080p it definitely would help push out a lot more units before it's all said and done.

  • @D2Kprime ridiculous. there's no way in hell they would or even could send out a wii "tweaked" to 1080p before releasing wii u. doesn't make any sense at all logistically or fiscally.

  • @xandre434 : Of course they COULD, but the reason why they SHOULD is because Nintendo has stated that the Wii U will NOT upscale Wii games to1080p. If that is the case why bother picking up a Wii if you don't already have one versus picking up a Wii U? Playing Wii games in 1080p graphics would give the system new life. People really need to get off this acting as though Nintendo is technologically impaired. They have forgotten more about making games than Sony and Microsoft will ever know.

  • will these spec work?:

    HP H8-1061SC

    Grafich-card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550ti (1 GB)

    Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-2600 (3,4 GHz 8 MB L3-cache )

    RAM: 10 GB DDR3(2 x 4 GB, 1 x 2 GB)

    windows 7 64 bit

    ANSWEAR QUICK!!!!!

  • @gameboy699 yes

  • @gameboy699 Yeah should work good, dolphin don't use gpu so much.

  • @gameboy699 Of course it will work but the question is how high can you crank up the graphics.

  • @gameboy699 Holy crap your PC is beast, how did you get it if you don't know anything about PCs ? you can run the best PC games on full settings without dropping a sweat.

  • @PullusPardus i havent bought this pc yet. i want to buy it

  • groose is defiantly a gerudo

  • This is awesome. Can't wait to pick it up tomorrow.

  • Hey Dude,

one short question. How did you connect your wii sensor bar to your PC ?

  • @DerHiyugor You don't. You need a wireless sensor bar, or a candle at either side of your monitor also work. Not joking, two candles will act as a sensor bar.

  • @DerHiyugor I use my real wii :p

  • @nastichix

You use your real Wii? How does that work?

  • @LucvdMortel the wii sensor bar only emit infra red light, it doesn't send any informations to the wii or the pc, you only need it plug in for power and put it in front of you.

  • @Elidan19

I know, so I don't really understand why you tell me this. You could even replace the wii sensor bar with 2 candles. Works like a charm.

But that other guy said he uses his real actual Wii console to run this game in HD. To my knowledge, that's impossible, so that's why I asked him how he does that.

  • @nastichix how do you do that?

  • @DerHiyugor the sensor bar only emits IR, it doesn't receive any information from the wiimote or send any to the wii. this is why you can use 2 candles instead of a bar; the wiimote is just using them to orient itself to your tv area. so i guess what nastichix is saying is that he's leaving his sensor bar plugged into his wii for power and using it with his pc, where his wiimote is hooked up.

  • @DerHiyugor you can either use your real wi, make the sensor bar usb powered (or net powered) or buy a wireless one that's battery powered. you can also just use candles instead.

  • Two questions: What did you use to record this? A separate program from Dolphin, or Dolphin's built-in recording? Also, if you're using a separate program, about how much CPU is it taking up? You think an i7 with 8GB would be able to run this and run Livestream Procaster without any lag?

  • @Dekulink333 I use fraps (some crash with dolphin sometimes).

Don't know how much cpu taking but i have i5 at 4.2ghz so np with i7 ;)

  • @nastichix 4.2ghz? My i7 only has 2.0ghz.

  • @Dekulink333 The i7 has a higher performance per clock ratio (i7 with 3.0GHz will be as fast as an i5 with 3.2GHz, for example)

  • How did you record the footage? Fraps? I can't play it in full screen because fraps takes up a lot of resources. The game slows down a lot while recording. If you have any tips in the matter, kindly share?

  • @MANofINACTION They have wireless sensor bars at wal mart n such, 19.99. Otherwise, try using two candles. All the sensor bar does is give the wiimote a reference of its orientation. It's not anything advanced.

  • Can you play this game without a wiimote. Or do you absolutely need to

Get one to play the game?

  • @sexygal90 The motion plus is a MUST with this game. It is impossible without it.

  • 5850 rules!!

  • How do I connect the Wii sensor bar to the computer ?

  • @kylehlogan You can make your own sensor bar, there's tons of guides on the internet (all it is is a few Infrared LEDs - it doesn't sense anything, it just makes two points of infrared light the Wiimote takes pictures of). Or you could just hook it up to your wii and have the wii on while you play on the computer, just to power it. Like I said, it's just a few IR lights, it doesn't tell the system anything. You could even simply hack a sensor bar and add a power source.

  • And your PC specs are?

  • hey dude can you please answer this one simple question for me?

Is it possible for it to work with xbox 360 pc controler? I got one but it doest let me go passed the wii motion plus connect. Its sad cuz the 360 controller worked fine with twilite princess :(

  • @yahya99. That's because you played the GC version of TP and not the Wii version.

  • @DreamHallow True that explains it then...bummer..

  • @yahya99 No you need wiimote with wii motion plus.

  • @nastichix thanks man, so if I do get the wiimote and motion plus, can they actually connect to the pc normally like a usb? or do I need an adaptor for them to work? if not, then ill just have to rent a wii and the whole bundle out.

  • @yahya99 Get a bluetooth USB adapter. They are fairly cheap, 13-30 dollars. I suggest getting one around 15 or 20 dollars and check for reviews, because some can be really cheaply made.

  • @tiotito31 oh I see, cool will look into it then, thanks bro

  • @yahya99 No, the entire game is controlled with the sword 1:1 motion controls with Wii Motion Plus. Even regular wii owners have to buy Wii Motion Plus addons (or a controller with it built in - there's a 70$ gold controller bundle for Skyward Sword with the game).

How the heck would you even control the sword action? A huge part of this game is parrying and hitting just right with the sword in the right directions/planes. No analog stick would emulate this right.

  • @pete3243 yeah fair enough man, so be it then, ill just have hire a wii with the whole bundle when it comes out.

  • incredible how good it looks in 1080p.. it's not half as nice on my wii..

  • Can you use the sensor bar that comes with the wii

  • Is Hergo Groose's name in the French version?

  • @MANofINACTION wii mote you can, sensor bar is harder you could probably get a 3rd party bar or if you wanna make one it doesn't cost more than $5

Anyway I can definitely see the difference in how crisp it is however the graphics themselves aren't going to upscale much because of the textures. They did build the visions on a good engine possibly on purpose, my guess is we could expect this or even better playing this in Wii U

  • how are you runing yours? is it with wii remote? i don't have one, i've a keyboard what do ido to play it with no wii remote?

  • @bunnyannihilator89 You need wiimote with wii motion plus and sensor bar.

Only way to play this game on pc.

  • but with dolphin it's much better than wii.

  • why the wii is not in 1080p :(

  • @Linkof44 Because it's a gamecube with a new controller? What do you expect from decade old technology.

  • @ch4os1337 LoL Yes it's true !! :) But when you see the 360 and Ps3 in 2011 the wii is so bad compared :s

    But i'm a "PRO N" for ever !!=D

  • Can anyone let me know if its possible that I could run this?

    My monitor is 1440x900

    Radeon HD 5770

    Dual core 3.2ghz

    4gb ram

    much appreciated

  • @unknownandunnamed I think that it should be able to run this game well. You could try.

  • @Data4664 cheers

  • You lucky son of a bitch, I've got a single 6970 and I can barely run it on 2x native with 2xAA xD

  • @BxBright Hi, unfortunatly my crossfire is not supported, only one card is used as i saw in MSI afterburner.

But gpu is not so important with dolphin.

  • @nastichix ...Really? My 6970 can't do AA at all on this game with 4x resolution.. Are you sure? o.O

  • @BxBright Yeah i'am sure.Gpu is not so much important, what's your cpu?

  • @nastichix i5-2500K @ 4.5GHz =\

  • @BxBright That's strange. It should run it very well. Keep in mind the best version of dolphin to play skyward is the 7719 version, and check their forums for which settings to have. Playing around with the checkboxes actually makes a big difference for the emulator.

  • @tiotito31 Yup, I'm an active user on the forums (Ness) and am using R7719. I followed the settings of someone with about the same specs as me, and thats what I'm running on. I can't use Anti-Aliasing at all without dropping frames though, and I have to keep AF at 8x or else it drops frames when enemies are onscreen. Either way, it still looks beautiful xD

  • @BxBright Yeah I changed the native resolution to make up for having AA off. It actually looks better with AA off because I don't get the graphical issues. I'm trying to figure out how to record for a playthrough using fraps, but I can't play it in fullscreen with fraps running. Running i5 2500k, 8gb ddr3, gtx 570 1.25gb vram

  • @tiotito31 Oooh okay. And yeah, what I usually do is open fraps up (close it if already running) then boot the game with fraps open (it stays over everything) then minimize it once fullscreen. That usually helps when I'm having a problem.

  • @BxBright The problem is the game runs slow with fraps recording. I've tried lowering the settings and resolution, my fps is at 25, and the emulator goes down to the 80s in speed. The task manager resource monitor shows that CPU usage hits real high. I thought my machine would be able to handle it all smoothly.

  • @tiotito31 I honestly don't know, we are using an older rev to play it though and all. Maybe you could download a program to utilize crossfire in it?

  • @tiotito31 Oh wait, I thought you were the video poster. Derp, lol. I really don't know, it should be fine with a 570.. Have you tried OC'ing it? My 6970's OC'ed.

  • Est ce vraie qu'il faut un sensor bar pour les mouvement du bras passe bien avec l'épée?

  • @linkpro100 Yop oui faut le motion plus surtout.

  • Is your CPU stock speed or overclocked?

  • @unrealeck Overclock 4.2ghz

  • Where can i download A English version of this ROM?

  • @MoonlightSonataGames look up megauploadforum

  • @MoonlightSonataGames Search on google.

  • did you need a wii remote and sensor bar to play?

  • @synysmcerik Need wii motion plus and sensor yes

  • Where did you download it?

  • nice to see the DOF effects were only an issue in the demo. Looks great.

  • je te remercie.

  • Do you think this game will run at fullspeed in 1080p on a 3.3ghz CPU, 2GB RAM and a Radeon HD 4650?

If not, do you think it would still be able to run at fullspeed at a lower resolution?

  • @SteffSoft Should work maybe not 4x native and full AA but try 1080p wwithout AA first.

  • @nastichix

    Thanks!

  • Salut, quels paramètres utilise tu?Moi je galère avec le script Glovepie le lance est à l'ouest.merci.

  • @benjam83 Dolphin 7719 je te rajoute les parametres dans la description

  • Just beautiful O_O
