Great car, but all that liquid from exhaust, :S check from some headgasket leak.

It's not a problem with the engine, that liquid you see is condensation because of the temperature difference of the exhaust fumes and the ebviroment :)

My 156 also gets some condensation ont the exhaust but i said that it could be a problem because even on the coldest days here in Portugal, mine dosen't produce that amount of smoke :D

We have an alfa GT 3.2 V6, and it's the same Busso engine as in this 156 :P

We haven't pushed the car and the motor is in pristine condition, When it's cold it's smoking less than the manual says :)

So it depends on how he has pushed his engine, and how much.

I think that if it really was a leaking gasket it would be a lot worse.
