  • ive owned kettlebells for a year or so now. ive used them off and on. ive lost 50 lbs by diet and ive combined weightlifting and kettlebells in a workout and it seems to work rather well.

  • What sort of weight are you using?

  • @thepowerwriter That one is a 8 KG (18 lb) Kettlebell.

  • @BBLoriJ Really. That seems sort of heavy to swing. Wouldn't that hurt your back? I've never used them so I don't know if that's heavy or not. I lift that but have never swung it. At any rate, you're doing great. Keep up the good work.

  • @thepowerwriter Actually that's relatively light for a kettlebell. I know people who swing MUCH heavier. :) But you're right. IF I went any heavier, I WOULD hurt my back as I have a history of low back pain. So I just do my best and forget the rest. Maybe one day, I'll increase it. To be honest I haven't used this in awhile and just might give it another go. Thanks for your encouraging words. I appreciate it! :)

  • Your doing great. Keep up the good work. I use the kettlebell also.

  • Hello what size is urs? im a beginner. Thank u

  • keep up the good work
