I had a problem with my 40 D Canon Camera saying no camera detected on LR3 tether. Starting working when I did the following: In LR 3 >File >Export >Plugin manager >Enable- Canon Tether Plugin >Done Go Back to >File >Tethered Capture >Start Tethered Capture >OK >Plugin And Start Camera Hope that helps I was Pulling my hair out

My camera says "busy" while viewing through the viewfinder and lightroom doesn't display my settings... :S
