  • My Android Powered Phone really is useful.

  • I have the 100th comment! YAY! I can't believe how much android has changed in so little time!

  • Do u need a data plan for the samsung spica galaxy andriod?

  • Finnaly i can easly set monster face on grandma xD

  • a full web experience to me means that I can access my own ftp with the browser.

  • Wow i love the copy and paste feature! i always got frustrated when phones didn't have that feature.

  • LOL, why were they using flickr (which is from yahoo) instead of panoramio (from google)???

  • @EiNocturne Sharp eye! :)))))

  • samsung behold or g1?

  • the iphone's retail price is $599, $699 for the 16gb

  • Its 200

  • thats with the contract

  • And now dropped to about 100 dollars...

  • humm how would this work on, say, Open moko witsh only has a touch screen, a power button and a "AUX"-button?

  • you poor bastard, you should sell g1's instead Lol

  • i hate small little screens, especially when ur finger is half the size of the screen!

  • what are you on about , the g1 has a huge screen and , your fingers must be the biggest fingers on earth !

  • yea, there pretty big

  • woops, i meant they're

  • google, its cheaper and has a lot more features and is just overall, better. IMO

  • (@1:28) "Tap a face to begin"... Whoa! That's an interesting little bit of technology that I haven't heard anyone mention yet.

  • haha wargames.

  • I love Google, but I dont quite like Android, sorry Google, but the desing is not that good.

  • *Design?

Think twice about it before you walk away.

How about this: It is Open Source. You could learn how to change it and do so. Try doing that with another OS on any phone.

iPhone? Geesh, you have to pay just to make Apps for it.

  • fuk the i phone!

  • The real question that remains do you think this is worth it? or a waste of technology? *thinks*

  • define your terms.

    or fail.

  • saxrider I don't need to define my terms it is a simple thought...should we spend money on this product or is it a waste of technology?

Whats not hard to understand about that?

  • With Android you can do whatever you'd like because it an open source and support both C and J2ME, not like the restrictions of IPhone that force you to install OSX in order to develop for it.

  • I totally Agree!

I also think that Android will be a Huge Hit when two things happen.

First: More Disk Space! It has to have it if it is going to compete with the 16gig iPhones.

Second: A manufacturer needs to just build the phone that accepts Sim or not. Then it can be used with any Provider. HTC's phone is just for T-Mobile right now. And this does nothing for me...

You will see more and more applications for this. You will see many of the same ones that the iPhone has, but at no cost.

  • i can't agree more! :)

  • красивые светловолосые российские богини, не запутанные с толпой зарабатывают дополнительные пункты премии и возможное супружество

  • this shouldn't compete against the iPhone because this is basically a Pocket PC and the iPhone is an iPod + Phone. BIG difference there.

  • Your logic is flawless.

  • I wish it was that fast on my IPhone.

  • Man, this is just like a fully fledged computer. And then Google will use its online services/cloud computing to basically let you use any online app just using your phone. It's very cool. I have to get one of these.

  • Download the latest opera beta for windows mobile.. VERY good browser! Though this seems better

  • That's cool, so... don't for a Russian Federation(((

  • thanks for the video

    cheers, <3

  • Me quedo con Safari para el iPhone

  • what else can they come up with

  • Does the HTC G1's browser have Flash??

  • Wow- this is like the iPhone, only much much better. I'm plenty adult enough to run my life without Steve Jobs controlling where I buy my music and software from.

You Apple fanboys beware- Android phones will beat up the iPhone and steal its lunch money. The G1 is only the beginning.

  • Wow. The future.

I...never thought I'd...see the day... *looks into sky*

  • lmao who are you?

    Shia Le douche?

  • YES! I am!

    How you doing?

  • You can easilycut & paste.

    long press and select paste.

    THATS NOT COPY ROFL!

  • Thats pretty damn cool but I bet Android is probably expensive as hell though.

  • it's free, it's open project

google wish to made revenue from the google search via android users (mobile internet users).

  • *sighs* the OS is open sourced and free. And the phone is $180 for new users. Bite it fanboi.

  • I luv that gadget! P.S!!! ^_^ :) LOL!

  • Whoah cool.

  • Err , what about Blogger/Blogspot ? :/

  • that pretty kool

  • Cool Video! 5@@@@@!

  • Can't beat the iphone with this.

  • Well ... listen closely at around 1:44 mark ;)

  • Can the G1 input foreign languages??

  • I can only think of two things wrong with this: one the phone is not as cool looking as the iphone and the only way you can get this is with a T-mobile contract and I for one will never go back to T-mobile.

  • Google Smoogle......go Steve Jobs go

  • lol iphones and itouches are teh best

  • If you are talking about restrictions. then yes. TEH BEST.

  • cut and paste.. take that apple :P

  • It's a little more tricky to enable and use these features, if compared to the iPhone...but this is open source and that means it's going to be way better in a little time. Check out the latest news about apple's bans on 3rd party applications, even very good ones! The iPhone and the iPods ruined the macintosh, if I can say. (And boosted stocks shares and firm profits...that's a good point too!)

  • genial eso esta muy bien.

  • A TODA RAJA! QUE LLEGUE A CHILE :)

  • android = mobile Chrome?

  • Not yet. A true version of Chrome will come in time. My money is before February.

  • No

Android = Google version of Windows Mobile.

  • And you have to admit, A better one!

  • pretty cool, now send me a free one thanks

  • man fuck the QWERTY shit. i want touch keyvoard like iphone, fuck this phone im waiting for next good thing

  • small penis

  • That's probably because you don't use the keyboard much. Professionals do love BlackBerries and other QWERTY devices because they're fast to use and type.

  • im 17 and dont need no graphs and shit, only txting

  • well good for you. but you are 17 and dont need a smart-phone like this. This is for grownups.

  • yesssssss this is very nice

when they will bring it to germany ???

  • cool

  • This is way better than the iPhone

  • Omg. Iphone killer

  • OMG...they have copy paste :(

My iPhone lacks that... Come on Apple! MOVE IT!

  • i still want the iPhone

  • Awesome!

  • which browser does it use ?

  • chrome lite

  • 7th!

  • nice one!

  • WANT!

  • iphone doesn't even come close

  • What is an android-powered phone?

  • What phone is that?

  • T-Mobile has that OS in the G1.
