  • Good job in staying strong..... Hey we are all right here hanging with you.... im also thinking about doubles...... just to get the extra cardio in..... well i have 2 more weeks to think LOL.... But yeah good job.... and you might want to bring a flyswatter for ur next workout....

  • Thanks! I'm definitely doing doubles I've decided. I am actually going to miss the weight workouts in my recovery week. How sick is that?! ;)

  • LOL, yeah, and I dont have a Yoga block so I cant seem to really open my chest in order to swat at them

  • Hornets and wasps are for the advanced yoga masters :-) Great job though. I'm just starting week 3 and I think I will try doubles in the second round... I'll be thinking about ya!
