Song plagiarism issues are mostly bullshit, the My Sweet Lord one being the most ridiculous. When you have millions of people making music, working with the same limited number of chords, you're going to have some overlaps just by coincidence. If you studied world religions you'd know that muslims are one of the most peaceful people among others.. many eastern religions are that way. Cat Stevens was ahead of his time, he wrote about the most important issues many years ago, when humans where very structured by the system. He probably felt very lonely there in the top. I think this lyrics talk about some love he came accross, I felt the same way when have happened to me , nothing wrong to fall in love and fill like you are in heaven even though sometimes it doesn´t last as long as we would like to , thanks Yusuf

@TheGB1950 yeah, of course..I think he was always a man of faith and also of great fantasy (his songs always told somehow strange, dreamy stories ^^)..during his carreer in the 70s he's been searching for a religion or a certain lifestyle he could relate to and finally he found it in Islam. as a fan, you should probably be glad for him instead of starting to bash him.

However, please don't judge all Christians just because a few are being ignorant. If we can learn anything from The Bible (whether you believe what it says or not) it's tolerance and accepting those different from you. Sadly, this is forgotten by too many.

As well, the Orthodox Christians took part in some of the Crusades, so no, I'm not just referring to catholics.

The general accepted one is using terror to force people to agree or submit. The Christians threatened death on non-Christians. The threat of death is the use of terror, and it's an attempt to force people to submit to them by becoming Christians.
