wth i dind't know japense people roll their tongues when they speak.

That's because the are speaking Kansai dialect as opposed to Kantou dialect or Hyoujungo, the standard Japanese dialect. I learned Kantou dialect so it is very hard for me to understand. It's like listening to someone with a really deep southern accent.
