@WelshGethRugby In 1911, this former farming community began to develop Cardiff, when developer J. Frank Cullen broke ground to build new homes.[2] It is reported by the Cardiff Chamber of Commerce that it was Frank Cullen's wife, a native of Cardiff, Wales, who persuaded him to name the community, "Cardiff". Many streets in Cardiff bear names this English-born landowner grew up with in his native UK. "Birmingham", "Oxford", "Chesterfield" and "Manchester" are major streets.
in my opinion a longboard would be a better choice for those waves just t deal with the mushy shoulders after takeoff... 9 out of 10 people would say im wrong though lol
should have filmed to the left, tabletops was way nicer that day, i surfed there for 3 hours in the afternoon and there was so much more ramp to it and even barrels, also it sucked up a lot harder and faster and much longer walled lefts
Warm that day?

@Fatboyswim123 When the shortboard revolution hit surfing in 1968 I was riding a greg noll 9'6''
This was the Time of mini=skirts and shorter surfboards were called miniboards.
During my 40 years riding Hawaii's North shore I rode shorter boards and saw such surfers as
Eddie Aikau, Barry Kanaiapuni, Gerry Lopez. These guys were so stylish and fearless.
I surf like my heroes, and I think Hopping on a tiny board because it is stalling under a
fat guy is hideous. What's wrong with being Gay ?

at 5:12 that guy is so pathetic.
When mini-boarders do that hop thing it is so sad.
