That is not Chicken Marasala. That is fried chicken and brown gravy with a hint of marsala for flavoring. However, I admire how she tried to put a soulful flavor on an italian dish.
@etf7497 classic chicken marsala tends to be on the bland side. dreswifey25 version adds flavor and substance. you still know you are eating chicken marsala. Great job.
