wow its so much more harder in canada lol in canada to get to the olympic trials you have to win at least 4 canadian championships to qualify for the olympic trials.. now this is hard enough some people consider them alot harder then the curling worlds... now after you qualify for the trials you have to play against everyone else that qualified i think thats usually about 24 teams on average... if by grace of god you win all of that you play for canada and kick the shit outta other countries lol

I'm an American curler in the United States. Out of the 16,000 people who curl in america, about 1300 are US citizens and of these 10 make the Olympic team. The majority of the curlers in America are Canadians who are residents of the United States or college students on Visa.
