@Koontah I agree in general - except the comparison with Enigma: looks a bit incorrect as a comparison of products of two absolutely different genres. Enigma is simply an electronic ambient music with some ethnic elements as a brand feature. But DCD really are pioners and still leaders of ethnic instrumental stylization. I love both projects, but DCD, maybe, is more loved as an example of making a great hard work over the resurgence of an ancient sound and musical heritage - making dead dance.

I saw them in NYC at radio city hall and it is clearly one of the best moments of my life! The had the NY Fillharmonic Orchestra Backing them up. I totally lost my shit over and over the entire night. They are one of the most profound bands on my list in depth. Bless up

the best track from aion by far. If it seems a little strange its not brendans fault at all, its the band, they miss the timing at the beginning. you can see brendan shake his head ;) just a little bit too fast. still, he keeps the vocal perfectly in sync.

i guess what sirona felt was lacking in the performance was the chemistry close intimacy between lisa gerrard and brendan perry that was sadly missing in their reunion. although it can not be denied that both their performance was nothing short of brilliance, it can not be denied there was that wide gulf between the two former lovers. gone are the days when they used to perform so close to each other you can almost feel the love between the two at each concert.
