Wasn't Halloween II out the year after Halloween I? I mean, it would have had to been made between a certain amount of time so the characters still looked like what they had in Halloween I.

fun fact, in the school scene in pt 4, they used the original mask again, over time the hair lightened so thats why they decided to use the other one. so the light brown hair Myers that attacks Loomis shows what 10 years can do to a mask.

haha you people make me laugh, saying this mask is different than the one used in the first movie, when in reality its the EXACT same mask they used, it was 3 years later, the mask obviously aged as do all latex masks, especially if a person wears it for 20+ days during shooting, constantly breathing in it and wearing it down twice as fast. Debra Hill (producer of the first 3 films along with Carpenter) states it in interviews, do your research before you look foolish.

why did he kill her? i know people are saying there was no point. but i forget why he went in the house. and that's probably the reason he killed her because when she was on the phone i remember she was talking about the murder's and he probably just overheard so killed her.

What was the point of this death? It's stupid. Michael never attacked random strangers in the first Halloween, they were all main characters with a connection to Laurie. It's just here to bump up the body count like most of the murders in this film. It's not a patch on the original.

He killed the guy in the truck to get his suit. He had no connection to anyone. Maybe he walked into her house to elude the cops and then listened to the tv to hear where they took Laurie? Ok, yeah I doubt that too. I didn't get this murder either seeing she didn't have a connection to anything. But, Myers is pure EVIL and kills people.

He killed his sister 31 October 1963 (at the start of the first movie); the rest of the killings in Parts I & II are 31 October 1978.

I noticed at various times through out the movie Myers hair changes! Its lighter for most of the film but later in the movie his hair looks brown-ish/red. Check out the scene where he slits the cops throat when Laurie and Doctor Loomis take off into the hospital.
