Baltic states were occupied by commuists, by order from Stalin. Finland was only country that fight against commuists in 1939 ALONE and was able to keep it's independence. Baltic states were liberated bu Germans!! There are news reels, were Estonians, Lithuenians and Latvians are happy to see german troops, coz they didn't have to be under communist regime.

At the beginning, a few days later until July 9, the Germans had already captured Gnokwo & then quickly advanced to capture Jonava was stunning in only like 6 or 7 days later! Sadly at the end, I couldn't believe such unimaginable discrimation that the Germans unleashed on the Jews makes it very distrubing to watch. However, a great newsreel video on Operation Barbarossa recommended for serious students of WW2.
