James David Manning is chief pastor at the ATLAH World Missionary Church on 123rd Street in New York City. ATLAH stands for All The Land Anointed Holy, which is God's name for Harlem.
The politicians in New York dont want any people who have generations after generations of poor native New Yorkers to be here. Mostly people who have been here since the 50's and on ( especially the 70's and 80's babies). You're lucky you live in Manhattan because Brooklyn Bronx and QUeens are suffering immensely right now. Nobody cares about the outter boroughs.
